Equipment Overview
CAFQ is used for various types of heat treatment at temperatures of up to 1100°C, such as gas carburizing, bright annealing, brazing, etc. Temperature, atmosphere, and transport are automatically controlled. These tightly sealed furnaces offer excellent, stable atmospheric conditions. The gas heating process uses special, highly thermal efficient burners which contribute to reduced product costs. The PASONITE(R) CAFQ-PV is also available for low temperature gas carbonitriding (vacuum purging). Feel free to see our line-up of CAFQ installed at our Higashi-Matsuyama plant anytime.
